Founded in Tokyo by designer-director duo Kazuho Arai & Tsukasa Takabayashi of YouthQuake, Fake As Flowers blends high-end streetwear with graphic design rooted in urban versus natural contrasts. Since launching apparel collections in 2018 (with full-scale collection development from FW 2021), the brand pursues manufacturing possibilities while interpreting the tension between city architecture and wild nature.
